Job summary

Sedulo Group is seeking a seasoned Director to lead its Life Sciences Strategy & Intelligence practice. The role blends senior leadership with hands-on delivery, shaping insights that drive patient impact and business outcomes for pharma, biotech, and medical device clients.

You will oversee engagements, guide teams, and elevate competitive intelligence methods while staying close to workstreams to ensure actionable, high-quality deliverables for senior client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences is required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Experience leading teams and client engagements in life sciences consulting.
• Strong ability to translate insights into executive-level narratives and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pharma, Biotech, and Medical Device Strategy engagements across client portfolios.
• Guide teams in analyzing therapeutic areas, market dynamics, product launches, lifecycle events, and competitive movement.
• Ensure deliverables connect insights to strategic and tactical business decisions.
• Serve as a senior advisor to clients, supporting meetings, workshops, and scenario planning.
• Elevate CI and strategic insights work across engagements and mentor junior staff.
• Be a therapeutic area and CI SME, guiding engagement managers, analysts, and project teams.
