Precision Talent Group, LLC d/b/a Precision Healthcare Solutions seeks a Senior Life Sciences Sales Executive to drive new business in staffing, direct hire and RPO across pharma, biotech, medical devices and diagnostics. Remote/hybrid role with uncapped commission and significant account-building potential.

You will identify opportunities, engage C-suite and HR leaders, and develop strategic talent solutions that align with client hiring needs across multiple life-science functions.

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B sales experience in Life Sciences or healthcare industries.
Proven track record of acquiring new logos and generating revenue.
Experience selling staffing, direct hire or RPO solutions.
Ability to engage with C-suite, VP, and procurement leaders using consultative selling.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and goal-driven.

Responsibilities

Develop new life-science accounts and build a robust sales pipeline.
Sell staffing, direct hire and RPO solutions across multiple functions.
Engage with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement and executives.
Lead presentations, solution design and negotiations for staffing and RPO.
Monitor market trends to identify opportunities before they emerge.
Expand account relationships across departments and locations.
Close new logos and grow strategic partnerships.
