Guidehouse is seeking an Associate Director for Life Sciences Advisory - Commercial. You will lead project teams, manage client relationships, and drive strategies across portfolio, pricing, and launch planning.

The role requires 6+ years in pharma/consulting, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 30% across the US. A BA/BS in a science or related field is required; advanced degree is preferred. Remote-friendly with national scope.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant consulting or pharma/biotech experience.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including drug development and launch.
• Experience advising senior leaders on portfolio, commercialization, and launch planning.
• Experience with market sizing, segmentation, forecasting, and budget planning.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% across client sites in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams from cultivation to completion, ensuring high-quality client-ready deliverables.
• Develop work plans, staffing, deadlines and budgets; manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Coach staff consultants and provide career development guidance.
• Collaborate with Directors and Managing Directors; report progress and key developments.
• Participate in sales initiatives and practice development to grow client relationships.
