Job summary

Planet Green Holdings is seeking a Senior Director of Channel Sales to design and scale our global channel program. You will recruit partners across VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, and technology alliances, and lead a high-performing team to drive indirect revenue growth.

In this remote-capable leadership role, you will own partner relationships, negotiate joint business plans, and align incentives while collaborating with sales, marketing, product, and customer success to accelerate GTM initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in channel/partnership sales in cybersecurity or SaaS.
• At least 5 years in senior channel leadership (Director/VP).
• Proven track record building scalable channel programs contributing 30%+ revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy and program.
• Recruit, onboard, and enable strategic partners (VARs, MSSPs, GSIs).
• Build and lead a growing channel team.
• Manage executive partner relationships and joint plans.
• Collaborate with direct sales, marketing, product, and CS teams.
