Job summary

Planet Green Holdings is seeking a Senior Director of Channel Sales to lead and scale our global channel and partnerships program. You will design the channel strategy, build a high-performing team, and drive indirect revenue through VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, and technology alliances across cybersecurity and AI-focused solutions.

The role requires a proven track record in high-growth cybersecurity or SaaS environments, with strong executive presence and ability to manage complex partner agreements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in channel/partnership sales (cybersecurity/SaaS/enterprise software).
• 5+ years in senior channel leadership (Director/VP).
• Proven track record creating programs delivering 30%+ revenue.
• Strong relationships with major cybersecurity channel players.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy and program framework.
• Recruit onboard and enable strategic partners (VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, alliances).
• Build and lead a growing channel team with channel managers and marketing resources.
• Own executive partner relationships and negotiate joint business plans.
