Job summary

Planet Green Holdings is seeking a Senior Director of Channel Sales to lead and scale our global channel and partnerships program. This remote role reports to executive leadership and focuses on resellers, MSSPs, GSIs, and technology alliances in cybersecurity.

You will recruit, enable, and manage partners while aligning with direct sales, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue growth and strong partner performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of channel/partnership sales experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• 5+ years in senior channel leadership (Director/VP level).
• Deep relationships with major cybersecurity channel players and systems integrators.
• Proven ability to recruit and manage MSSPs, GSIs, and technology alliances.
• Data-driven with CRM/PRM tools, analytics, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy across global markets.
• Recruit, onboard, and enable strategic partners (VARs, distributors, MSSPs, GSIs, alliances).
• Build and lead a growing channel team including managers and partner marketing.
• Own executive partner relationships and negotiate joint business plans and incentives.
• Collaborate with direct sales, marketing, and product to enable channel support and deal flow.
• Design and manage partner programs, certification, portals, pricing, and metrics.
• Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue to hit quarterly and yearly targets.
• Provide executive reporting on partner health, ROI, and growth opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events and in cybersecurity ecosystems.
• Stay current on cybersecurity channel trends and partner needs in DLP/IRM/data security.
