Job summary

Planet Green Holdings is seeking a Senior Director of Channel Sales to design and scale our global partner program in cybersecurity. This strategic role reports to executive leadership and drives revenue through VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, technology alliances, and referral partners.

You will recruit, enable, and lead a growing channel team, negotiate joint business plans, and align incentives across partner ecosystems while collaborating with direct sales, marketing, and product to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of channel/partnership sales experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• 5+ years in senior channel leadership (Director/VP).
• Strong network with major cybersecurity channel players and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy with partner recruitment and enablement.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners (VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, distributors).
• Build and lead a high-performing channel team with managers and partner marketing resources.
• Own executive partner relationships; negotiate joint business plans and co-selling agreements.
• Collaborate with direct sales, marketing, product, and customer success to enable channel support.
• Design and manage partner programs, including certification, portals, deal registrations, and pricing.
• Drive partner-sourced revenue and forecast channel performance with executive reporting.
• Represent the company at industry events and evolving cybersecurity partner ecosystems.
