Job summary

Planet Green Holdings seeks a Senior Director of Channel Sales to design and scale our global partner program in cybersecurity. This strategic leadership role reports to executive leadership and drives indirect revenue through VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, and technology alliances.

You will build a high-performing team, recruit strategic partners, negotiate joint business plans, and align incentives while collaborating with sales, marketing, product, and customer success to optimize channel performance.

Qualifications

10+ years in channel/partnership sales in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
5+ years in senior channel leadership (Director/VP).
Strong existing relationships with major cybersecurity channel players.
Willingness to travel 40–50%.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy.
Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners (VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, and technology alliances).
Build and lead a high-performing channel team.
Own executive partner relationships; negotiate joint business plans and aligned incentives.
Collaborate with direct sales, marketing, product, and customer success to enable seamless channel support and deal registration.
Design and manage partner programs, including certification/training, portals, pricing/spiffs, and metrics.
Drive partner-sourced and influenced pipeline to meet targets.
Analyze channel performance; forecast and report ROI and growth opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events and partner conferences.
Stay current on cybersecurity channel trends and partner needs in DLP/IRM.
