Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Account Executive in cybersecurity to drive new logo acquisitions across Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. You will demonstrate advanced security capabilities, lead strategic deals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with customer risk goals.

You will engage c-suite and CISOs, communicate ROI, and travel up to 50% for conferences and client engagements, while leveraging MSI’s advisory and SOC services to deliver long-term value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4+ years in sales, account management, customer success, project mgmt, or public safety.
• Experience collaborating with tech deployment engineers or risk management consulting a plus.
• Strong ability to present complex security concepts and ROI to CISOs and Directors.

Responsibilities

• Target new logos and lead complex sales to penetrate strategic accounts.
• Forecast revenue pipelines with Salesforce hygiene and regional visibility.
• Design security solutions aligned with client goals and risk models.
