Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly motivated cybersecurity sales professional to champion our MSI Cybersecurity Services across Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. You will lead complex sales efforts, articulate security solutions, and influence C-suite decision-makers to advance proactive safety and security ecosystems.

Based in the Southeast or nearby, you will travel up to 50% and partner with field teams to win strategic accounts while forecasting pipelines and maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of sales, account management, customer success, project management, and/or public safety experience or equivalent.
• Experience selling cybersecurity solutions or to public safety vertical is a plus.
• Ability to present complex security concepts and ROI to executives (CISOs/ Directors).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across a multi-state region.

Responsibilities

• Target new logos and lead complex sales efforts to penetrate strategic accounts.
• Accurately forecast revenue pipelines with Salesforce hygiene and visibility.
• Design security solutions aligned with client goals and risk models.
• Demonstrate product capabilities with practical use cases for security teams.
• Coordinate with field teams to secure future business and meet regional goals.
• Act as liaison between prospects, clients, and internal units to communicate enhancements.
