Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a highly motivated Cybersecurity Sales professional to drive new logos and complex deals across Georgia and Florida. The role focuses on advisory and managed security services, coordinating with field teams to deliver proactive security solutions for public safety, defense, and enterprise clients.

You will engage executives and engineers, forecast pipelines, and represent MSI at conferences and events, traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in sales, account management, customer success, project management, and/or public safety experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to Directors and CISOs.
• Ability to navigate long-cycle enterprise deals and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience collaborating with technical deployment teams or risk management consulting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Target new logos and lead complex sales efforts to penetrate strategic prospect accounts.
• Forecast revenue pipelines with Salesforce hygiene and regional visibility.
• Understand client goals and design modern security solutions to mitigate risk.
• Prepare and demonstrate sophisticated product capabilities and use cases.
• Engage with field teams to secure future business and align with regional goals.
