Jobgether is seeking a Sr. Customer Care Professional based in the United States to join a partner-driven team focused on healthcare payment accuracy. You will resolve third-party liability and subrogation inquiries, conduct professional interviews, and document case details in a fast-paced, technology-driven setting.

The role offers remote flexibility for eligible U.S. states, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service or office experience with telephone and computer systems.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Residence in GA, FL, PA, KY, TX, WI, or MI at hire.
• Full-time availability, Mon–Fri, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM Central.
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications and ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to navigate multiple applications while speaking with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication; customer-focused.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced team.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries about third-party liability and subrogation.
• Conduct professional interviews to collect, verify, and document information about accidents and claims.
• Assess needs, research inquiries, resolve issues, and determine next steps.
• Navigate multiple applications while communicating with customers and updating records.
• Maintain complete, accurate, timely records of all interactions.
• Protect sensitive information per HIPAA and privacy rules.
• Meet productivity, quality, attendance, and schedule targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns and support recovery.
• Identify process improvements and provide feedback to leadership.
• Provide guidance or mentoring to less experienced colleagues.
