Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a customer-focused professional to support third-party liability and subrogation inquiries in a fast-paced, technology-driven setting. You will interview customers, gather information, resolve issues, and document each case across multiple systems.

This role offers remote flexibility for eligible U.S. states. You will collaborate with internal teams, protect sensitive data, and strive for high service levels while supporting recovery efforts and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience with issue resolution.
• Experience using Windows-based applications and computer systems.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Residence in Georgia, Florida, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Texas, Wisconsin, or Michigan at hire.
• Full-time availability, Monday–Friday, 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Central Time.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and navigate multiple applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries about third-party liability and subrogation.
• Conduct professional interviews to collect and verify information.
• Assess needs, research inquiries, resolve issues, and determine next steps.
• Navigate multiple applications while updating case information.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Protect sensitive information and comply with HIPAA and policies.
• Meet productivity and quality targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns and support recovery.
• Identify process improvements and share feedback with leadership.
• Provide guidance or mentoring to less experienced colleagues.
