Jobgether is seeking a customer-focused professional to support healthcare-related inquiries, including third-party liability and subrogation. You will interview customers, verify information, resolve concerns, and document cases across multiple systems in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

The role offers remote flexibility for eligible U.S. states and emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous learning while maintaining high service quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in customer service or office experience using telephone and computer systems.
• Authorization to work in the United States and state residency at hire.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and navigate multiple applications while speaking with customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound inquiries about third-party liability and subrogation.
• Conduct professional customer interviews to collect and document information.
• Assess needs, research inquiries, resolve issues per procedures.
• Maintain complete, accurate case records and protect sensitive information.
• Collaborate with teams to address concerns and support recovery initiatives.
• Provide guidance or mentoring to less experienced colleagues when needed.
