Jobgether is seeking a Sr. Customer Care Professional in the United States to support healthcare payment accuracy and navigate insurance-related inquiries. Serve as the primary contact for questions on third-party liability and subrogation, conducting professional interviews and maintaining precise case records.

In a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment, you will use multiple systems to deliver high-quality service while meeting targets. Remote flexibility is available for eligible U.S. states.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• US work authorization required.
• Residency in FL, GA, PA, KY, TX, WI or MI at hire and during employment.
• Full-time availability, Mon–Fri, 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central Time.
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer-focused attitude.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to third-party liability and subrogation.
• Conduct professional customer interviews to collect, verify, and document information about accidents, injuries, claims.
• Assess needs, research inquiries, resolve issues, and determine next steps per procedures.
• Navigate multiple computer applications while updating case information.
• Maintain complete, accurate, timely records of all interactions.
• Protect sensitive information and comply with HIPAA and privacy regulations.
• Meet productivity, quality, attendance, and schedule targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns and support recovery initiatives.
• Identify process improvements and provide feedback to leadership.
• Provide guidance or training to less experienced colleagues when needed.
