Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a customer-focused associate to support individuals with questions around third-party liability and subrogation. You will interview customers, verify information, and document cases while using multiple systems to deliver prompt, accurate service.

This role offers remote flexibility for eligible U.S. states, with opportunities to collaborate with internal teams and mentor peers as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience resolving inquiries.
• Experience conducting professional customer interviews and gathering/verifying information.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to third-party liability and subrogation.
• Conduct professional customer interviews to collect, verify, and document information about accidents, injuries, and claims.
• Assess needs, research inquiries, resolve issues, and determine next steps per procedures.
• Navigate multiple computer applications while updating case information and communicating with customers.
• Maintain complete, accurate records of all customer interactions and protect sensitive information.
