Jobgether is seeking a Sr. Customer Care Professional to support US-based customers on third-party liability and subrogation matters. You will interview customers, verify details, and document cases while using multiple systems to deliver accurate, timely service.

Based in eligible states, you will work full-time with a focus on quality, collaboration, and continuous learning in a fast-paced environment. HIPAA compliance and customer-focused communication are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service experience involving issue resolution.
• Current authorization to work in the United States.
• Residence in Georgia, Florida, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Texas, Wisconsin, or Michigan at hire.
• Availability to work full-time, Mon–Fri, 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central Time.

Mansioni

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to third-party liability and subrogation.
• Conduct professional customer interviews to collect, verify, and document information about accidents, injuries, insurance coverage, and related claims.
• Assess customer needs, research inquiries, resolve issues, and determine next steps.
• Navigate multiple applications while updating case information.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely records of all interactions.
• Protect sensitive information and comply with HIPAA and privacy regulations.
• Meet productivity, service quality, attendance, and schedule targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns and support recovery initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experiences.
• Provide guidance or mentoring to less experienced colleagues when needed.
