Job summary

Colliers seeks an experienced Senior Cost Estimator to support a multinational industrial and office client within Enterprise Project Management. You will lead cost estimation activities across pre- and post-contract phases, guiding PMs and the real estate team with budgets and cost controls.

The role requires 10+ years in cost estimating, international project experience, and proficiency with BIM, CostX, and RIB iTwo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; concentration in construction management, engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Cost Estimating and Management (pre-contract and post-contract) required.
• Special knowledge in typical cost benchmarks for industrial buildings and related factors.
• Ability to critically review and challenge cost plans for quality and accuracy.
• Understanding of contract types (Design-Bid-Build, Design & Build, etc.).
• International experience on industrial construction projects required.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with digital design methods like BIM and cost databases.
• Self-starter with structured, organized work style.
• Skills in RIB iTwo or CostX or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain cost management processes.
• Oversee internal construction activities and assist PMs in budgeting.
• Identify cost risks and develop mitigation measures with project teams.
• Provide estimates from preliminary to detailed levels.
• Evaluate cost control effectiveness and review forecasts to safeguard budget.
• Support value engineering, price, and claim negotiations with GC.
• Collaborate closely with PM for project success and client growth targets.
