Job summary

Colliers International is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Estimator for a large multinational client. You will support the Enterprise Project Management service line, delivering ongoing cost estimates and guidance to project managers and the real estate team.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering and 10+ years of cost estimating experience for industrial facilities. Proficiency in BIM, CostX, and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in cost estimating and management (pre-contract and post-contract).
• Special knowledge in cost benchmarks for industrial buildings and related factors.
• Ability to review and challenge cost plans for quality and accuracy.
• International experience on industrial construction projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with BIM and cost databases; knowledge of tools like CostX or RIB iTwo.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain cost management processes.
• Support project managers and real estate team with cost estimation and budgeting.
• Define budgets based on project requirements, procurement, contract type, and codes.
• Identify cost risks and mitigate with project teams.
• Evaluate cost control measures and review forecasts to safeguard budgets.
