Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Cost Estimator to support a multinational industrial and office client. The role sits in our Enterprise Project Management service line and works with project managers and real estate teams worldwide.

Responsibilities include developing cost management processes, budgeting for construction projects, and providing estimates across project life cycles. International experience and BIM/CostX expertise are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in cost estimation and management.
• Special knowledge of cost benchmarks for industrial buildings.
• Ability to challenge cost plans before management approval.
• International experience on industrial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain processes for cost management.
• Guide and support PMs in defining budgets for construction projects.
• Identify significant cost risks and mitigation measures.
• Provide cost estimates through project life cycle from preliminary to detailed.
• Evaluate cost control measures and review forecasts to safeguard budget.
• Support value engineering, price, and negotiations with general contractor.
• Collaborate closely with PM for project success and client growth targets.
