Colliers Global Occupier Services seeks an experienced Senior Cost Estimator to support a multinational client. You will work within the Enterprise Project Management team to provide expert cost estimates, budgets, and insights across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include developing cost management processes, guiding PMs on budgets, and identifying risks. This role requires international project experience, BIM/CostX expertise, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Cost Estimating and Management (pre-contract and post-contract).
• Knowledge of cost benchmarks for industrial buildings and related factors.
• Experience with international industrial construction projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office and cost databases (e.g., BIM).

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain cost management processes.
• Define budgets for construction projects with PMs.
• Identify cost risks and mitigation measures with project teams.
• Provide estimates from preliminary to detailed levels.
• Evaluate cost control effectiveness and forecast accuracy.
• Support Value Engineering, price, and claim negotiations with GC.
