Job summary
Colliers is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Estimator to support a large multinational client within our Enterprise Project Management practice. You will act as a subject matter expert, guiding project managers and the real estate team on cost planning and budget development across industrial and office projects.
The role requires international project exposure, proficiency with BIM/CostX, and strong MS Office skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in cost estimating and management.
- Knowledge of industrial buildings cost benchmarks and contract types.
- International experience on industrial construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain cost management processes.
- Guide project teams in defining budgets for construction projects.
- Identify cost risks and develop mitigation measures.
- Provide cost estimates from preliminary to detailed stages.
- Evaluate cost control measures and review forecasts to safeguard budgets.
- Support PMs with value engineering and negotiations with contractors.
- Collaborate closely with PMs for project success.
