Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to oversee the full contract lifecycle for civil and U.S. Government programs.

You will manage proposals, negotiations, awards, and post‑award execution while advising on risk, compliance, and strategy. Responsibilities include coordinating with finance, program management, engineering, sales, and legal to ensure alignment with program execution, FAR/DFARS compliance, and export controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; JD or advanced degree is a plus.
• 6+ years of contract formation and execution across civil, U.S. Government, and international contracting environments.
• Strong expertise in FAR, DFARS, ITAR/EAR, and related export control regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contracts SME across proposal, negotiation, award and post‑award execution.
• Act as primary point of contact with civil and government customers on contract matters.
• Provide end‑to‑end contract administration: drafting, reviewing terms, leading negotiations, advising on risk and compliance.
