GE Aerospace’s Propulsion and Additive Technologies (P&AT) Contracts Organization seeks an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to guide the full lifecycle—from proposal strategy and negotiation through award, execution, and sustainment—serving as a trusted advisor on relationships, compliance, contract terms, and scope. This role is location-flexible with hours aligned to Eastern Time; base pay range $131,000–$145,000 with a discretionary bonus contingent on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; JD or advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of contract formation and execution experience.
• Strong FAR/DFARS knowledge, including ITAR/EAR compliance, and DFARS applicability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contracts SME across proposal, negotiation, award, and post-award execution.
• Act as primary contact between GE Aerospace and civil/government customers on contractual matters.
• Provide end-to-end contract administration: drafting, reviewing, negotiating terms, advising on risk.
• Coordinate with finance, program management, engineering, sales, and legal to align commitments with execution.
• Guide proposals through solicitation with FAR/DFARS compliance and export control considerations.
• Monitor contract compliance, deliverables, and reporting requirements.
• Participate in special projects to improve contracts processes.
