GE Aerospace’s Propulsion and Additive Technologies Contracts Organization seeks an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to oversee the full contract lifecycle across civil and U.S. Government programs.

This location-flexible, remote role aligns with Eastern Time hours and requires expert negotiation, FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, and cross-functional collaboration to manage risk and ensure compliant, on-time delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; JD or advanced degree a plus.
• 6+ years in contract formation and execution across civil, U.S. Government, and international contracting.
• Strong FAR/DFARS knowledge, ITAR/EAR export controls.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as contracts SME across all lifecycle phases including negotiations and change management.
• Primary contact between GE Aerospace and civil/government customers on contracts.
• Provide end-to-end contract administration, drafting terms, leading negotiations, advising on risk.
• Coordinate with finance, program management, engineering, sales, and legal to align commitments.
• Guide proposals through solicitation, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance and export control considerations.
• Monitor contract compliance, deliverables, reporting.
• Participate in special projects and process improvements across contracts org.
