GE Aerospace’s Propulsion and Additive Technologies Contracts Organization seeks a Senior Contracts Manager to oversee the full contract lifecycle from proposal strategy through sustainment. You will advise on customer relationships, terms, and compliance while coordinating with cross-functional teams in a global, time-zone aware environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; JD or advanced degree is a plus.
• 6+ years in contract formation and execution across civil, U.S. Government and international contracting.
• Strong FAR/DFARS knowledge, export controls (ITAR/EAR).

Responsabilités

• Serve as contracts expert across proposal, negotiation, award and post-award execution.
• Primary point of contact with civil and government customers for contractual matters.
• Provide end-to-end contract administration including drafting, reviewing terms, negotiating and advising on risk and compliance.
• Coordinate with finance, program management, engineering, sales and legal to align commitments with execution.
• Guide proposal teams on solicitation assessment including FAR/DFARS compliance and export controls.
• Monitor contract compliance, obligations, deliverables and reporting.
• Participate in special projects and process improvement across contracts organizations.
