Location‑flexible with ET hours alignment, this role spans international and domestic programs, balancing near‑term needs with long‑term goals. The candidate will manage complex development, production, NDA, and sustainment contracts, lead negotiations, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, and collaborate

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; JD or advanced degree a plus.
• 6+ years of contract formation and execution across civil, government, and international contracting.
• Strong FAR knowledge: Part 12 and Part 15; DFARS; export control regs (ITAR/EAR).

Aufgaben

• Serve as contracts SME through proposal, negotiation, award, and post‑award execution.
• Primary POC between GE Aerospace and civil/government customers; handle disputes and interpretations.
• Provide end‑to‑end contract administration: terms, negotiations, risk and compliance guidance.
• Coordinate with finance, program mgmt, engineering, sales, and legal to align commitments with execution.
• Guide teams on solicitation assessment, FAR/DFARS, export controls, and risk mitigations.
• Monitor contract compliance across lifecycle and support process improvement projects.
