Job summary

SullivanCotter is seeking a Compensation Analyst to conduct research, benchmark total compensation and design analyses for healthcare and nonprofit clients. You will gather market data, develop financial models and prepare client-ready reports with guidance from senior teams.

Ideal candidates hold a business degree, 2+ years of data analysis and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. Remote or hybrid work settings are available within our state operating footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (required), ideally with an emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting or health care administration.
• 2+ years of business-related experience, preferably involving data analysis, financial modeling and presentation design.
• Solid technical knowledge and experience working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compensation analyses and position benchmarking with client-focused delivery.
• Research, gather and analyze data to determine appropriate compensation levels and job titles.
• Perform market pricing, survey analyses, financial modeling and project support.
• Assist with report writing, proposals and accuracy proofreading.
• Support client delivery teams and respond to client requests.
