Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (required)
• 2+ years of business-related experience, preferably involving data analysis, financial modeling and presentation design
• Solid technical knowledge and experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills, with ability to analyze data and present insights clearly

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand industry and client-specific issues with guidance
• Research, gather and analyze data to determine appropriate compensation level for positions
• Conduct market pricing, survey analyses, interpret compensation data and build financial models
• Assist with report writing and summarizing project objectives, methodologies and results
• Support project teams in designing compensation program solutions and implementation considerations
• Respond to client requests and participate in Client Delivery Team meetings
