SullivanCotter is a remote role with work limited to AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX and WI. The team conducts compensation analyses, benchmarking and design of total compensation programs with a focus on client outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a business field and 2+ years of data analysis, financial modeling and presentation skills. Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills and collaboration are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (required), ideally with an emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting or health care administration
• 2+ years of business-related experience, preferably involving data analysis, financial modeling and presentation design
• Solid technical knowledge and experience working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Aufgaben

• Research industry and client issues using financial data and trends
• Gather and analyze data to determine appropriate compensation levels and reporting lines
• Conduct market pricing, peer group selection and survey analyses
• Assist with reporting and proposals, ensuring accuracy
• Support design of client solutions including financial impact
• Respond to client-related requests and participate in Client Delivery Team meetings
