Job summary

SullivanCotter is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst for a remote-capable role across AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX and WI. The base salary range is $77,700 to $116,500 annually.

The role conducts compensation analyses, benchmarking and market pricing, with a focus on delivering high-quality client experiences and support for total compensation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (required).
• 2+ years of business-related experience, with data analysis.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly to teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry and client research on compensation issues with guidance.
• Gather and analyze data to set compensation levels and titles.
• Perform market pricing, peer group selection, survey analyses, and modeling.
• Assist in writing reports and proposals; proofread for accuracy.
• Support development of client solutions and implementation considerations.
• Respond to client requests in a timely manner.
• Join Client Delivery Team meetings to understand initiatives.
