SullivanCotter is seeking a Compensation Analyst to conduct compensation analyses and benchmarking, focusing on delivering responsive, high-quality client experiences. Remote role open to Florida residents, with operations in AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX and WI.

You will research data, perform market pricing, assist in report writing, and support project teams in designing effective compensation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (required).
• 2+ years of business-related experience with data analysis and modeling.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Research industry and client issues with guidance.
• Gather and analyze data to set salary and job levels.
• Conduct market pricing, peer group selection, and survey analyses.
• Assist in report writing and ensure accuracy.
