SullivanCotter Holdings, Inc. hires a Compensation Analyst for a remote role serving healthcare and not-for-profit clients within AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX and WI.

You will conduct market pricing, benchmarking, data analysis, and financial modeling to shape total compensation programs. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience are required; strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
• 2+ years of business-related experience with data analysis and modeling.
• Solid Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Conduct research to understand industry and client issues with guidance.
• Research and analyze data to determine appropriate compensation levels.
• Perform market pricing, peer group selection, and survey analyses.
• Support report and proposal writing with accurate methodology and results.
• Assist in solution development addressing client issues and impacts.
