Job summary

DocuSign is seeking an Enterprise SaaS pre-sales professional to support major accounts by translating complex customer processes into practical cloud solutions. This consultative, customer-facing role blends discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and sales partnership to deliver high-value outcomes.

You will work across territories, map information flows to platform capabilities, and craft technical materials to support opportunities while collaborating with sales on revenue plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales experience with mid-market or enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication across organizational levels.
• Experience creating technical materials such as workflows, proposals, SOWs, RFPs, and RFIs.
• Willingness to travel roughly 45%+ as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Investigate business problems and requirements across defined territory and accounts.
• Map customer systems and workflows to platform capabilities.
• Build confidence in recommendations with tailored demos and technical discussions.
• Explain proposed solutions to stakeholders and guide long-term approach.
• Partner with sales on revenue plans and contribute product expertise throughout the lifecycle.
• Promote secure e-signature practices and share relevant certifications.
