Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Client Services Executive I to join our team.

This role focuses on managing national accounts with a strategic, consultative approach to large healthcare clients, developing long-term account strategies, and driving customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience interfacing with major clients, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel to client sites and our headquarters to support relationship

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred.
• 7+ years of successful experience interfacing with large clients in healthcare or PBM.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to travel to client sites and HQ as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across senior levels.

Mansioni

• Create and present data for strategic business plans and performance reports.
• Identify and communicate upsell and expansion opportunities for account growth.
• Manage client retention and satisfaction, resolve contract-related issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet client objectives and timelines.
• Travel to client sites and HQ to support relationships and business goals.
