Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Client Services Executive I to manage national accounts and strategic client relationships in healthcare PBM. The role requires building long-term account plans, driving upsell opportunities, and coordinating with clinical teams across large organizations.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in client-facing roles within healthcare, strong communication, and the ability to travel to headquarters and client sites to support objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred.
• 7+ years of experience interfacing with clients in healthcare or related sectors.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop business plans and drive outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support/back up the CSE and senior CSC responsibilities.
• Create and present data for strategic business plans and performance reports.
• Investigate and report on performance guarantees not met with clients.
• Conduct client training on portals and tools.
• Assist with escalated client issues and requests.
• Identify and present opportunities to improve costs, service, and health.
• Handle contract maintenance and performance.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
• Mentor coordinator-level staff and CSEs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
