Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Client Services Executive I to join our team in managing National Accounts and complex healthcare clients.

This role emphasizes strategic relationship building, cross-functional coordination, and long-term growth through tailored plans and rigorous execution. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience interfacing with large clients, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel to client sites and Navitus headquarters to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred.
• 7+ years of successful experience interfacing directly with large or complex clients, preferably in healthcare.
• Strategic thinking ability with skills to prepare business plans and execute them to meet objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel to client sites and HQ to support objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support/back up the CSE, Senior CSC and CSC responsibilities.
• Create and present data for Strategic Business Plans, VALUE Summaries, and Performance Standard reports.
• Investigate/follow-up on Performance Guarantees not met and present results to clients.
• Conduct Client training (Client Portal Site, Navi-Claim, etc.).
• Assist with escalated member/Client issues requests.
• Identify and present Client opportunities to improve costs, service and health.
• Contract maintenance and performance.
• Travel to Client sites.
• Provide mentoring to the coordinator levels and CSEs.
• Other duties as assigned.
