Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Client Services Executive I to join our team. The role focuses on national accounts management, delivering customized solutions and cultivating senior-level relationships across large organizations, with travel to client sites and corporate HQ.

A strong emphasis on strategy, rigor, and cross-functional collaboration is required. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience and will develop long-term account strategies,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience interfacing with large/complex clients in healthcare or similar industries.
• Ability to develop and communicate account strategies and SBPs.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead projects and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support/back up the CSE, Senior CSC and CSC responsibilities.
• Create and present data for Strategic Business Plans, VALUE Summaries, and Performance Standard reports.
• Investigate/follow-up if Performance Guarantees are not met and present those results to assigned clients.
• Conduct Client training (Client Portal Site, Navi-Claim, etc.).
• Assist with escalated member/Client issues requests.
• Identify and present Client opportunities to improve costs, service and health.
• Contract maintenance and performance.
• Travel to Client sites.
• Provide mentoring to the coordinator levels and CSEs.
• Other duties as assigned.
