Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Client Services Executive I to join our team.

The role focuses on strategic account management for large healthcare clients, developing long-term plans, identifying upsell opportunities, and maintaining high client satisfaction across complex contracts. Travel to Navitus headquarters and client sites is required to support relationship management and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred.
• 7+ years of successful experience interfacing directly with clients in healthcare or PBM contexts.
• Ability to develop strategic account plans and execute them to achieve business objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Support and back up CSE roles at internal and external levels.
• Create and present data for strategic plans, value summaries, and performance reports.
• Investigate and address performance guarantees if not met; report results to clients.
• Conduct client training on portals and related tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve costs, service, and health outcomes.
• Travel to client sites and provide mentoring to coordinators and CSEs.
• Handle contract maintenance and performance; manage multiple projects.
