Ensono is seeking an experienced Client Engagement Director to drive strategic growth and long-term partnerships across enterprise clients in a remote United States setting. You will manage senior relationships, align Ensono capabilities with client needs, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value.

You will shape proposals, negotiate terms, and forecast pipelines while collaborating with Architecture, Success, and Delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Mid-to-senior level sales leadership experience with enterprise client relationships.
• Diagnosed client needs with a consultative sales approach in technology or managed services.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Experience forecasting pipelines and reporting with accuracy.
• Ability to close complex sales opportunities across multiple lines of business.
• Strong relationship development with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience with managed services, hosting, mainframe, security, and outsourcing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive strong client relationships with thought leadership on Ensono products and services.
• Develop relationships with decision makers and influencers to grow revenue across the portfolio.
• Lead proposal development, negotiations, and commercial terms for deals; monitor sales trends.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Client Success, and Delivery teams to ensure outcomes.
• Translate business and technology value clearly to diverse audiences.
• Provide IT advisory input to clients for strategic planning.
• Challenge assumptions to drive innovative solutions.
