SCAN Health Insurance, a nonprofit serving older adults, is seeking a remote Operations Leader to supervise the day-to-day performance of a multidisciplinary care management team during Pacific Time business hours.

You will define priorities for telephonic and field staff, ensure regulatory and clinical standards, and provide coaching to staff while advancing chronic disease management programs and responsive member support. Remote role with strong impact on care outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience in managed care, healthcare, or case management.
• 2+ years working with seniors and remote work strongly preferred.
• Spanish speakers preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a multidisciplinary care management team.
• Define daily priorities for telephonic and field staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to clinical standards and internal policies.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance updates to staff.
• Lead improvement projects and training initiatives.
• Utilize motivational interviewing to address member concerns and de-escalate when needed.
