Job summary

SCAN Health Plan, a nonprofit health organization, seeks a Senior Program Manager - Access to Care to lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives that improve access to care for members in a mostly remote setting. You will drive planning, budgeting, and resource allocation while guiding enterprise-level programs.

You will mentor colleagues, manage stakeholder communications, and mitigate risks to ensure on-time, within-budget outcomes across health plan partnerships and market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of related experience with a health plan, managed care, or other healthcare related organization.
• 5 years of leadership experience.
• Strong management skills.
• Ability to develop and mentor others.
• Translates enterprise vision into clear strategic priorities.
• Builds communication that is relevant to the audience.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee programs that meet the needs of the organization.
• Plan, budgeting, staffing, and performance for program delivery.
• Promote the program and track engagement across the organization.
• Supervise program staff to ensure on-time completion.
• Evaluate program effectiveness by data analysis against KPIs.
• Provide reports and updates to senior leadership.
