Qualifications

• Proficient in creating functional specs, user stories, and process diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on process improvement and organizational redesign.
• Define and develop business processes, roles, responsibilities, and metrics.
• Plan and implement process improvements and future state design.
• Coordinate with business and technology teams for system requirements.
• Deliver presentations and training on measurement, analysis, and control.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses and ensure compliance and quality.
