Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to lead process improvements and organizational redesign efforts within the Veterans Affairs department. This remote, full-time role requires experience with Agile and SAFe, stakeholder management, and complex project delivery.

• Provide expertise on process improvement, organizational redesign, and performance measures.
• Define and develop business processes, policies, roles and responsibilities, and performance metrics.
• Conduct current state and gap analyses, benchmarking, and best practices identification.
• Plan and implement future state design, change management, and transition planning.
• Coordinate with business and technology teams to determine system requirements and ensure compliance.
