Job summary

Lob is transforming direct mail with a modern logistics engine and a scalable, tech-enabled approach. The Business Operations Manager will own cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, our Print & Delivery Network, and Go-to-Market to keep initiatives moving.

You will turn ambiguous problems into documented processes, drive outcomes across teams, and deliver executive updates. A Bachelor's degree and 4–7+ years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations.
• Experience coordinating across Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own program execution across three to five concurrent cross-functional initiatives.
• Coordinate across teams and deliver executive communications to stakeholders.
• Document programs with named owners and hand off to permanent owners.
