Job summary

Lob is reimagining direct mail with a modern logistics and fulfillment engine. We’re building a team to shape the future of direct mail, and the Business Operations Manager will own cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM to drive execution and measurable outcomes.

You’ll analyze data, coordinate with teams, and communicate executive decisions to move initiatives from ambiguity to documented processes with clear ownership.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting/corporate strategy or business operations.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with clear ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own Program Execution: run multiple cross-functional programs with end states and owners.
• Drive outcomes across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, and GTM.
• Produce analysis using Lob's data and AI tooling to inform decisions.
• Document programs on completion and transition to a permanent owner.
• Support planning and execution of company cadences like QBRs and leadership offsites.
