Lob is transforming direct mail with a modern logistics and fulfillment engine. We seek a Business Operations Manager to own cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and our Print & Delivery Network, driving them from ambiguity to documented, measurable processes.

You will coordinate with teams that don’t report to you, deliver executive-level communications, and ensure handoffs to permanent owners with durable metrics.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting/corporate strategy or business operations
• Bachelor's degree required
• Background in B2B SaaS, marketplace, logistics or similar operationally intensive business preferred

Responsabilités

• Own cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, Print & Delivery, and GTM; deliver documented, owner-assigned processes
• Produce analysis using Lob's data and reporting stack and available AI tooling
• Document each program on completion and transition it to a permanent owner with a surviving metric
• Provide backup for FP&A, Deal Desk, and Business Operations analytics; support company cadences like QBRs and leadership offsites
