Job summary

Lob is building a team to shape the future of direct mail and provide a modern logistics and fulfillment engine for personalized programs.

The Business Operations Manager will own cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM, driving execution from ambiguous problems to documented, measurable processes. You’ll coordinate across teams and deliver executive communications to unlock progress.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting/corporate strategy or business operations.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience delivering multi-stakeholder programs with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own three to five concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end states and owners.
• Drive outcomes across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, and GTM teams; escalate as needed.
• Deliver analysis behind program decisions using data and AI tooling.
• Document programs on completion and hand off to a permanent owner with measurable metrics.
• Provide backup for FP&A, deal desk, and company-wide operating cadences.
