Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead actuarial analysts and consultants on pricing projects. The role includes coaching, training, and directing analyses across pricing initiatives with external clients.

The position is remote-first across the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska), requiring strong communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders to shape mobility risk strategies and pricing decisions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 5 years of post-bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance, or a graduate degree with 3 years experience in personal lines insurance
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society)
• Requires strong decision-making, leadership and motivational skills
• Understanding of the market landscape and ability to coach and mentor staff

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external clients through project work
• Oversee HR functions including recruiting, performance appraisals, promotions and disciplinary procedures
• Review work of Consultants and Analysts to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Manage and train Actuarial Consultants and Analysts within the department
• Manage team workload and advise leadership on resource tradeoffs
• Balance business results with human capital constraints and provide leadership challenges
