The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of actuarial pricing experience, ACAS designation, and proven leadership abilities. The position supports a remote-first culture across the United States, with exceptions for Hawaii and Alaska.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 5 years of post bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance.
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 3 years experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance.
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society).
• Strong decision-making, leadership and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants with coaching, training and direction across pricing and analytical projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses, support business decision-making, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and external clients to build trusted relationships and communicate insights.
